Servicing

Our workshops are fully equipped with the latest computer aided technology to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

All the staff at Ricci Concept carry out servicing and tuning to the highest standards - it is a testament to our standards when we have customers returning time and time again for their car to be taken care of by us.

All work receives the same care and attention whether it's an oil service, tuning work or diagnostics.

While getting your car serviced, we can also arrange for an MOT to be performed and if required we can advise you on any necessary repairs.

We only use original equipment parts as cheaper replacement parts can compromise quality and safety – Ricci concept believes honesty is essential to customer satisfaction.

Being one of the few places in the UK to have a Rolling Road means that we have a greater ability to diagnose and repair problems. This means that there is no guesswork involved and you will be satisfied with the work performed.

Ricci concept also caters for corporate customers. We can provide a wide range of services, each tailored to your requirements.

Important information for new car owners

In October 2003 European Union legislation affecting the motor trade came into force. Block Exemption Regulations (BER) changed the way cars can be serviced and repaired and gives motorists a lot more freedom in their decision as to who should look after their cars.

Before BER, it was very difficult to have cars, which were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, serviced anywhere except a franchised dealer. Now motorists can use any garage of their choice to service their cars without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty.

Only if a car needs work doing that is under warranty will the owner have to return to a main dealer.

If you would like to use Ricci Concept and are confused about the BER rules, please fell free to contact us and we can explain it more fully.
